What is Reiki?
Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is an energy healing technique performed by qualified practitioners, which channels universal life energy to clients. This energy is transmitted by a light touch - a gentle placing of hands in specific positions on the body. Reiki is used for mental, emotional, physical or spiritual balancing and well-being and can produce profound effects over a short space of time.

Coffee Mornings at The Cricketers
Donna and I would both like to recommend taking a break now and again and joining us and Jayne Marshall for a coffee/tea at the Cricketers Pub at Fordham. The second and fourth Wednesday of the month are the dates to put in your diary. 10am till 12pm. You can even stay for lunch!!!
Jayne has been running this for some time now and has been very successful in attracting new members to the coffee mornings.
